The vines are on the middle terrace of the Agout, which overhangs the river by more than 40 meters.
The ground has alluvial deposits settled on several strata of sand and calcareous clay, topped with a fine layer of upper silt with quite a large amount of quartz gravel (rounded pebbles).
The property covers 37 ha (about 92 acres) of vines, all the vineyards are simple guyot vertically trained, and the wine density is 5000 vines per hectares (2000 vines per acre).
The vines are cultivated using sustainable agriculture practices to protect the environment. The soil is plowed and the grass is natural. The vines are in Guyot and cordon pruning. They are disbudded, the leaves are thinned out and the berries quality is concentrated with the green harvest.
With aromas of exotic fruits such as lychees, white peaches and can be enjoyed as an aperitif to dessert.
Pairs very well with structured, yet lighter foods like Three-Cheese Pasta Gratin with Almond Crust, Arugula and Goat Cheese Ravioli or Pea and Mint Couscous
