The vines are on the middle terrace of the Agout.
The ground has alluvial deposits settled on from limestone and compact soil bathed all day by the Mediterranean sun.
The property covers 37 ha (about 92 acres) of vines, all the vineyards are simple guyot vertically trained, and the wine density is 5000 vines per hectares (2000 vines per acre).
The vines are cultivated using sustainable agriculture practices to protect the environment. After reception of the harvest, we only use the drained juice to make this wine. The juice in a vat and make the setting of the must. Then, yeast to start the alcoholic fermentation which take place around 15°C. Finally, when racking is achieved, the wine is filtered thanks to a " tangential filter".
This wine has wonderful aromas of citrus and red berries. The rosé gets its light color by being made by straight pressing which allows for the pale rose and great freshness in mouth. With aromas of exotic fruits such as lychees and white peaches.
Pairs with tapas such as stuffed eggs with shrimp, chickpeas in onion sauce, scallops with ham, octopus with piquillo peppers, meatballs in almond sauce, ensalada rusa (Spanish potato salad), and tuna tartlets.
